At Canada Car Parts, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely across Canada. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you understand how we handle deliveries, shipping costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across all provinces and territories within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Available for select locations. Orders must be placed before 12 PM local time.

For larger or oversized items (e.g., engines, transmissions), additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery times may vary based on the location.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes), excluding oversized items or remote locations.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on your selected shipping method and location:

  • Major Cities: 1–5 business days.
  • Rural or Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 2–4 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For rural or remote locations, certain larger items may not be eligible for expedited or same-day shipping due to logistical limitations.

8. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at an additional cost.

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package (or within 30 days of the shipping date for lost packages) at support@canadacarparts.com or call 1-800-123-4567. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within Canada.
